Using this website
Everything on this site, including blog posts, devotionals, journals, printables, designs, images, and artwork, was created by me (with the help of AI) and belongs to me unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to read, enjoy, and share links to my posts. Please don’t copy, republish, or use my content or designs without my written permission. Pinning my posts to Pinterest with a link back to the site is always welcome.
My products
My shop sells digital products, such as printable journals, devotionals, and planners. You’ll receive files to download, not physical items.
When you buy a product, you receive a personal license to use it. That means you may:
- download it and use it for yourself
- print as many copies as you need for your own personal use
You may not:
- share, resell, or give away the files, in whole or in part
- upload them to other websites or file-sharing platforms
- use them for commercial purposes (for example, printing and selling them)
If you’d like to use a product with a group, like a church small group or Bible study, just write to me first and we’ll work something out.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is handled securely by SureCart and/or Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Your download will be available right after your payment goes through, usually on the confirmation page and by email. If you don’t receive it within a few hours, please check your spam folder and then write to me. I’ll make sure you get your files.
Your right to cancel (withdrawal)
If you live in the EU, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital downloads, this right ends once the download becomes available, if you agreed at checkout to receive the files immediately and confirmed that you understand you’ll lose the right to cancel. You’ll be asked to confirm this with a checkbox before you pay.
If something’s wrong with your files
Your files should match the description on the product page and open properly. If a file is damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t match what was described, write to me at info@godgotmetho.com and tell me what happened. I’ll fix it, send you a corrected file, or, if that’s not possible, give you a refund. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a concern about a purchase, please write to me first. I’ll do my best to make it right. If we can’t resolve it together, consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz).
Limitation of liability
I do my best to keep this website accurate and my products working well, but I can’t guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for losses that come from using the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you’re a consumer living in another country, you also keep any protections your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms in effect when you bought.
